Instructions

Fried eggs

Step 1
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on high. Crack the eggs into the pan. Fry for 2min. Season with salt and pepper and fry for another minute.

Sandwich

Step 2
Cut the pretzel in half. Spread both sides with butter and toast until golden brown.
Step 3
Meanwhile slice the tomato and cucumber.
Step 4
Spread the bottom half with cream cheese. Sprinkle on the parsley.
Step 5
Then top with the salad, tomato, cucumber, ham, cheese and fried eggs.
Step 6
Spread the bottom half of the pretzel with tartare sauce and place it on top. Enjoy!
