Instructions

Step 1
In a saucepan over medium heat bring sugar and milk to a boil, stirring constantly.
Step 2
Boil for EXACTLY 2.5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 3
Remove from heat and quickly stir in flavour of choice.
Step 4
Pour into prepared mini muffin containers immediately. Fudge will harden quickly.
