Step 1
Brown beef, ⅛ tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper, 1 tsp Parsley together

Meanwhile, boil noodles in salty water until al dente

Preheat oven to 350°

Mix all ingredients and an additional ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp Parsley in mixing bowl until well combined

Dump into baking dish. Top with extra cheese if desired and all French fried onions
