Blueberry Ginger Smoothie
Just finished up a morning of client meetings and about to break my fast with this pretty little concoction 💜
I’ve REALLY been into adding ginger to things lately. Maybe it’s because it’s been raining non-stop in LA and I just want some warmth 🔥
I use ginger in my smoothies all the time, but I’ve never added it into a blueberry smoothie 🤔
I must say, it’s pretty dang delicious. Andddd with the protein and fat in the smoothie, it shuts off your hunger hormones and shifts your body more into a fat burning mode 💪🏻 This increased satiation helps to reduce snacking, increase your MMC function and therefore get rid of bloat! 🤓
Ingredients:
10 oz. homemade coconut milk (seriously, go to my IGTV right now and make it. So simple.)
1/2 frozen banana
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1 scoop unflavored collagen
1 Tbsp. Chia seeds
1 Tbsp. PB 🥜
1 Tbsp. Coconut butter
1/2 tsp. Ground ginger
Pinch of sea salt
1. Blend and enjoy!!!
