Ryan's Smoothie Recipe
Ryan has a killer smoothie recipe I enjoyed learning about in WA! This is my version of it, but lots of other things can be added such as hemp hearts, using nut oil instead of butter, a couple Brazil nuts, collagen powder, or whatever else fits your fancy. Enjoy!

Step 2
Pulse the blender until most ingredients have been blended some. Then do a smoothie cycle 2 times to ensure all ingredients are well blended.
Step 3
