Step 1
Add all ingredients into large blender starting with milk and yogurt.
Step 2
Blend on Low for 1 minute, then on High for 1 minute.

(Side note) If you would like to make it creamier, try freezing your yogurt, kale, and cucumber, and adding frozen bananas!
