A cheese cracker that will give you the awesome flavor of slightly burnt cheese. These will last weeks if stored in an airtight container. Do not refrigerate.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Lina a large baking sheet with parchment paper

Mix both cheeses together
Step 4
place 1 1/2 tbsps. in mounds on the parchment paper. Carefully create small round circles with the cheese mixture, about the diameter of a 12 oz soup can. Place 1 slice of jalapeño on each round and crack come pepper on the top.
Step 5
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy. Transfer to a paper towel to absorb any oil. Serve at room temperature.
