Instructions
Step 1
1️⃣Firstly, slice the potatoes in half
Step 2
2️⃣Place in salted boiling water for 12 minutes
Step 3
3️⃣Slice the ends of the green beans and add to the boiling water for the last 5 minutes
Step 4
4️⃣Once the potatoes have softened, drain with the green beans and rinse under a cold tap to cool them before adding to a large mixing bowl
Step 5
5️⃣Finally, add the pesto + rocket + basil + pinch salt and mix to combine
