Ingredients

2 cupsgolden potatoes
cut into 1/2” cubes
2 Tbspred onion
diced
1celery
diced
1garlic clove
minced
2 Tbspblack olives
sliced
1radish
halved and thinly sliced
2 Tbspdill pickles
diced
dill dressing
1 Tbspolive oil
2 tsppickle juice
1 Tbspdill
stems removed and chopped
ground turmeric
ground black pepper
to taste
smoked paprika
Instructions
Step 1
Cover potatoes with water in a large pot. Bring to boil, then reduce the heat and simmer uncovered, for about 10 minutes or until fork-tender. Drain potatoes + set aside to cool.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix all dressing ingredients together.
Step 3
Add the potatoes and remaining ingredients into the bowl with the dressing and stir well.
