Instructions
Step 1
1. Place eggs in warm temperature water
2. Whip up 4 eggs
3. Add 95 g sugar
4. Whisk until pale color for 5-8 minutes 5. Add 10 g honey
6. Lower speed and mix for 2-3 minutes
7. Add 100 g cake flour
8. Mix cake flour with spatula for about 30-40 times
9. Add milk and butter mix (40g each)
10. Use spatula to mix about 50-60 times
11. Batter is ready and pour into cake mold
12. Slam cake mold to get rid of bubbles 13. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 325 F
