Instructions
Step 1
Blend everything together until it forms a smooth paste. (Add some more water if needed. I use a bunch of fresh mint and 2 bunches of coriander and blend it including the stem. Coriander stem holds a lot of water)
Step 2
Add couple tbsp to yoghurt or have on its own along with parathay/kebabs/rice etc. the quantity you add depends on how spicy you like it.
Step 3
I also freeze the mix in icecube trays and melt in the microwave for a minute before using. It makes it very convenient as you always have the mix on hand
