Instructions
Step 1
Bring chicken broth to a boil and add chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Boil for 10 minutes.
Step 2
In a skillet on medium high heat, sauté onions and bell pepper in melted butter until tender.
Step 3
Stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth.
Step 4
Gradually add milk and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened.
Step 5
Stir in chicken and parsley. Heat through.
