To be honest I don’t know how to name this recipe.
Cake box, dessert box, small cheesecake? I’ve no idea! Just try it. Because it’s cool.
With these amount of ingredients you can make around 4 boxes like this one.
(I got mine from aliexpress - just look for « cake dessert box » or something similar on the navigation tab :) )

Instructions
Step 1
Separate the whites and yolks of 4 eggs.
Step 2
Whip the egg whites adding 120g of sugar in several times.
Step 3
Once your sugar is well incorporated, you should have a texture like this:

Add your egg yolks, and mix gently.
Step 5
Now add your flour little by little, and mix gently again.
Step 6
Then add the oil, milk and vanilla extract.
Step 7
Mix one last time. Don’t forget to NOT overmix, otherwise your sponge cake will not be fluffy.
Step 8
Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
Step 9
For the cream, start by whipping 400ml of liquid cream.
Step 10
Then mix 500g of philadelphia, the whipped cream, 1 tbsp of vanilla extract, and 2 tbsp of powdered sugar.
Step 11
Now you just have to add some mixed lotus cookies to your cream.

Tadaaaa look at this yummy cream!!

Time to cut our sponge cake.

Now you just have to add your cookies, and the cream on top! Don’t forget to soak your sponge cake with some hot syrup so it’s not dry :)
