Instructions
Step 1
Cook chicken breasts( usually about 2 breasts) in instapot with 3 tablespoons of chicken boullion and 6 cups of water. Cook for 30 minutes high pressure. After chicken is done cooking, shred it. If it does not shred cook longer.
Step 2
Add all of the rest of the ingredients except velvets into instapot and cook for 2 minutes in high.
Step 3
Release pressure and add velveeta. I cut velveeta into chunks and mix it until the chunks have dissolved
