Instructions
Step 1
add sour cream, chicken, taco seasoning, and 6 oz of cheddar cheese into a mixing bowl
Step 2
heat up several corn tortillas in the microwave
Step 3
add a spoon of mix to center of tortilla and roll - place onto a greases baking pan
Step 4
once the pan is complete, add cream of chicken soup and enchilada sauce to a bowl and mix.
pour the mixture on top of the enchiladas
Step 5
place in oven for 35 minutes - final 5 minutes add cheese
