Instructions
Step 1
Set a large pot of water to boil over high heat. Once boiling, add the pasta and cook according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Meanwhile, slice sausages and set aside. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add sausage and cook for 3-4 minutes, until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.

Step 3
Add butter to the pan. Once melted, stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute more, stirring constantly. Stir in broth and milk, whisking to combine with flour. Bring just to a a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, until thickened. Add parsley, parmesan and black pepper and stir until cheese has melted.
