My first recipe on Whisk!
We start with a small recipe for ladyfingers or boudoir cookies. It can be used for tiramisu, charlottes and many others!
Very few ingredients are needed, you just have to be delicate to make these wonderful little cookies ☺️ I’ll show you how!

Instructions
Step 1
Start by beating 3 egg whites.
Step 2
Once the whites are firm, add the sugar little by little.
Step 3
The mixture must be firm! Then pour in the egg yolks, and mix gently.
Step 4
The little trick: you have to mix with a maryse very gently and without incorporating air (I show the technique in my TikTok video ☺️).
Step 5
Add 100g of sifted flour, then mix gently once more.
Step 6
It should look like this: a foamy texture, and quite firm!
Step 7
Use a piping bag to form the ladyfingers, and space them out a bit 🙌🏼
Step 8
You can sprinkle the cookies with a little powdered sugar before baking.
Step 9
All that remains is to cook them in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 180°C!
