Ingredients:
🧈 3/4 cup oil or 2 sticks of softened butter
👩🍳 1 cup sugar
🥚 2 eggs (large)
🥄 1 tbsp vanilla
🥣 2 3/4 cup flour
🌽 1/4 cup cornstarch
🍴 1 tsp baking powder
🧂 Pinch of salt
🍪 3/4 cup sprinkles
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Whisk together oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
3. Add in flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
4. Fold in sprinkles.
5. Form into 2 logs on a lined baking sheet.
6. Bake for about 20 minutes.
7. Allow to cool slightly
8. Slice and enjoy!
