Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray 9x13 inch dish with cooking spray.
Casserole Dish
Step 2
Add sausage to large skillet over medium heat. Break sausage apart and cook until completely brown, about 7 minutes. When sausage is almost done cooking, add onion, bell pepper, and broccoli to skillet. Drain off sausage fat.

Step 3
Add cooked and drained sausage, frozen potatoes, bell pepper, broccoli, onion, and shredded cheese to large bowl. Stir to combine. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
Step 4
In same large bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Pour egg mixture over hash brown mixture. Pat everything down.
Step 6
Bake for 1 hour until eggs are cooked thoroughly.
