Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° and line a large baking pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together until smooth, about 1-2 minutes. Season with Salt & Pepper
Step 3
In a large pan over medium heat, add the olive oil. Add the eggs.
Step 4
Use a Spatula to slowly cook the eggs to a soft scramble, about 4-5 minutes.
Step 5
Slice the slider rolls in half lengthwise. Place bottom half in the prepared pan.
Step 6
Layer the rolls with deli ham, soft scrambled eggs, chives, and cheddar cheese. Add the top half.
Step 7
In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup, Dijon Mustard and poppyseeds. Brush the mixture in top of the rolls.
Step 8
Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Enjoy!
Step 9
If making for meal prep, skip the last step of baking and wrap the sliders tightly. Once ready to eat, complete the baking steps.
Step 10
To store: store in airtight container.
