Beef kebabs
Hot summer days call for grilling and spending time outside with the family.
I made these delicious and juicy beef kebabs using high quality organic grassfed ground beef
with just a few ingredients and grilling them for about 4 minutes per side you’ll have some delicious beef kebabs. It's so quick and easy because grassfed beef actually cooks quicker than conventional beef!

Instructions
Step 1
1-Soak the skewers in water for about 30 minutes to prevent them from burning
Step 2
2-preheat your grill to high heat
Step 3
3- in a food processor chop the onion, garlic and parsley
Step 4
4-in a bowl mix together the meat the chopped veggies and the spices.
Step 5
5-Take a fistful of the meat mixture and mold it on the wooden skewer’s. Repeat the process until you have run out of meat.
Step 6
6-grill the kebabs for about 4 minutes per side.
Step 7
7-serve the delicious beef kebabs on pita bread with some grilled veggies and sumac onions and enjoy.
