Oat layers
200 grspelt flour
regular wheat flour also possible
65 grrolled oats
½ tspcinnamon
¼ tspsalt
60mlhoney
or maple sirup
90 grbutter
or coconut oil for vegan

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200 C°.

Line your baking dish (I used 25x35cm) with parchment paper

Melt the butter.
Step 4
For the oats layer: mix the dry ingredients and mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Then add these together. It should be a slightly sticky and crumbly mix.
Step 5
In a separate bowl, add the lemon juice to the blueberries and then mix in the cornstarch.
Step 6
Use about 2/3 of the oat mix for the bottom layer. Distribute equally in your baking dish and press down.
Step 7
Add the blueberries on the bottom layer and then crumble the rest of the oat mix on top. Press lightly.
Step 8
Crumble some pecan nuts and add a few whole nuts to top it off. Press in lightly.
Step 9
Bake for 50 minutes covered with silver foil and bake for another 10 minutes without foil.
Step 10
Let cool and cut into bars. Happy eating!
