Step 1
Rinse fillets. Squeeze lemon juice on fillets. Spray with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder and oregano.

Bake at 375 till 145 F in middle or flaky. About 20 minutes. Add 10 mins if cooking from frozen.
