Preheat the oven to 200° C (390° F) .

2 Put eggs in a bowl together with milk and whip. Add salt and pepper.

3 Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Put leeks and tomato in in the bottom.

4 Pour in the egg mixture, add cheese on top.
