Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C
Step 2
Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray and place chicken breasts on sheet, drizzle the chicken with olive oil and bake it in the oven for 35-45mins or until cooked

removed chicken from oven and grease a deep pan
Step 4
add cooked chicken breasts into a bowel and shred it
Step 5
Add 3/4 cup of shredded cheese, 2 teaspoons of garlic powder and 140g of cream cheese, mix until combined
Step 6
In a small pot, melt 3 tablespoons of butter, stir in 3 tablespoons of flour and 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning.
Step 7
Stir and then add 2 cups of chicken broth or stock then whisk until smooth
Step 8
Add one cup of sour cream and then remove from heat
Step 9
Add chicken mixture into each wrap then roll up and place in baking dish (add cheese too if you like it more cheesy)
Step 10
Pour white sauce over enchiladas and top with remaining cheese
Step 11
Bake dish for 22 min, then if needing to brown cheese, turn up oven and bake to taste
