Instructions

Step 1
Put chicken or chicken breasts in a pressure cooker, if available, or a large stock pot.
Step 2
Cook 20 minutes once steam starts or until meat starts to falls off bone in stock pot.
Step 3
Remove all chicken from pot and shred meet.
Step 4
If whole chicken was used, pull off bone and shred chicken meet.
Step 5
Add Chicken broth to pot and more water if needed.
Step 6
You may also add bouillon cubes if a more flavor is desired.
Step 7
Return to medium high heat.
Step 8
Open up 1 can of biscuits.
Step 9
I have found if you put them in freezer before opening for 5-10 minutes it makes them easier to tear apart.
Step 10
Tear biscuits apart. Not too big of pieces because the dough will expand.
Step 11
Stir after you add a can of biscuits.
Step 12
Repeat with biscuits until all biscuits cans are done
Step 13
Cook until dumplings are all cooked.
Step 14
Add water as necessary or to make more stock.
