washed and trimmed in halves

1 ½ tablespoonolive oil

1 ½ teaspoonsHimalayan salt

For the Orange Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 3
Lay out the brussels and season with salt and roast for 15 minutes, turning halfway.
Step 4
Combine all the orange sauce ingredients and at 15 minutes coat the Brussel sprouts with the sauce and continue to cook for another 10 minutes until crispy
