One pan chicken and orzo
Save this recipe for one pan chicken and orzo! This recipe was inspired by my favorite pastas at Cheesecake Factory, the Pasta Da Vinci. I love that it’s creamy but got a hint of sweetness in the sauce.

Instructions
Step 1
Season both sides of the chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Using an oven safe pan, add oil and brown the chicken for 5-6 minutes on both sides. (I used bone-in, for boneless, cook 4-5 minutes) Remove the chicken, then add butter, garlic, onions and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. Add orzo, sweet soy sauce, chicken stock and cook for about 2 minutes. Then add heavy cream, parmesan and spinach. Cook for 1 minutes. Add chicken back into pan and put in the oven for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Everything will finish cooking in the oven.
