Instructions

Step 1
Season brisket with a rub of your choice and let sit over night.
Step 2
Prepare your outdoor grill. When grill is 200-225 degrees place brisket fat side down for 20 minutes. Turn over and leave for one hour.
Step 3
Place in roaster pan, add a beer and cover top only with barbecue sauce. Cover with foil and place in oven for 45 min. per pound on 275 degrees.
