Instructions
Step 1
Add the yeast, water, and honey to a bowl and stir to activate the yeast. Let the yeast sit for 5 minutes.



Step 2
After the yeast is done sitting, add the flour, oil, and salt to the yeast and mix it with a spoon or a dough hook on a beater.



Step 3
Mix the dough for 5-7 minutes, adding extra flour if necessary so it isn't sticky. After you are done, put the dough in a separate bowl, lightly oiled, and have it rest for 2 hours to rise.
Step 4
After the dough is done rising, you are done. Set aside to use or store in freezer for later.
