Instructions

Step 1
Pour water into a bowl. Add the sugar and yeast and let sit for 5 minutes - until frothy/ bubbly. Add olive oil and gently combine.
Step 2
Add 2 Cups flour and salt and mix with spatula until dough forms. Knead together - if too sticky add up to 1/2 c flour. Let rise for 20-30 minutes.
Step 3
Bake on 400 for 15-20 minutes depending on thickness
