The batter
Instructions
Step 1
Roughly chop the chicken breasts and place into the food processor.

Step 2
Add the salt and egg. Pulse in the processor until you have a rough paste.

Step 3
Take a tablespoon of the mixture. Wet your hands and mould into nugget shapes.
Step 4
Place the nuggets into the cornflour and make sure they are covered. Place all the flour coated nuggets into a tray and refrigerate for an hour.

Step 5
Place the flour, water, mustard, garlic, onion powder and egg into a bowl. Mix to form a thick batter.

Step 6
Heat your fryer to 180 degrees.

Step 7
Remove the nuggets from the fridge. Dip the nuggets into the batter ensuring they are completely coated. Fry in batches for 6-8 minutes.

Step 8
Enjoy with your favourite dip
