Instructions

Step 1
For the meatballs: Mix salt, pepper and parsley with ground beef and form meatballs
Step 2
For the soup: Put to boil 1 liter of water Put salt and paper to taste Add meatballs and let cook for 10 minutes
Step 3
While meatballs are being cooked preheat the skillet, add ghee and chopped onion and saute till soft, stirring frequently, add tomato paste to fried onion and fry for 3 min more on a low heat
Step 4
Add fried onion with tomato paste to the broth with meatballs. Add vermicelli and cook for 3 min more
Step 5
Turn off the heat and add 2 tablespoons of parsley
