Instructions
Step 1
For the meatballs:
Mix salt, pepper and parsley with ground beef and form meatballs
Step 2
For the soup:
Put to boil 1 liter of water
Put salt and paper to taste
Add meatballs and let cook for 10 minutes

While meatballs are being cooked preheat the skillet, add ghee and chopped onion and saute till soft, stirring frequently, add tomato paste to fried onion and fry for 3 min more on a low heat
Step 4
Add fried onion with tomato paste to the broth with meatballs.
Add vermicelli and cook for 3 min more
Step 5
Turn off the heat and add 2 tablespoons of parsley
