This Wonton Soup made my spirits all warm and cozy! Making these wontons was the most challenging part, but as long as you make sure to seal the edges well with a little bit of water, they won’t open!

Instructions
For wontons
Step 1
Combine all wonton filling ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Use 1/2-1 tbsp of filling for each wonton wrapper. You can wrap these in any way that’s easiest for you!
For soup
Step 2
In a large pot, on medium high heat add in a little bit of olive oil and your minced garlic.
Step 3
Once garlic is fragrant, add in your veggies and stir. Cook for a few minutes and then toss in your broth.
Step 4
Bring to a low boil and then add in your wontons. Cook for 6-8 minutes, wontons will lift to the top.
