Instructions

Step 1
Cook the shredded tapioca with pandan extract, then drain & rinse. Cook sago for 7-8 minutes, cover with a lid for 15 minutes then rinse and drain. This is optional but I added food coloring for a little pop of color. Drain the canned fruit but save 1 can of the syrup. Combine fruits, jellies, coconut milk, half and half and condensed milk. Mix and refrigerate for a few hours before serving. I also like adding some crushed ice.
