Instructions

Step 1
preheat smaller saucepan on medium-low
Step 2
add olive oil, heat through WITHOUT it burning or smoking
Step 3
add in shallots, saute on medium-low for 8-10mins (until edges begin to brown)
Step 4
stir in garlic. saute for 2-3 mins (until aromatic and cooked, but not overdone). might need to lower temp slightly (?)
Step 5
pan will be very hot. cool it off by adding 1/8 cup of water and let it steam off
Step 6
pour in white wine. simmer for 2-3 mins
Step 7
stir in lemon juice and cook 1 more min on low.
Step 8
enjoy on literally anything
