Cook rice following the instructions on the package.

Defrost the edamame beans and strain the corn.

Mix the salmon with the sriracha, you can add pickled ginger if you want to spice it up.

Chop the surimi sticks, white part of the spring onions, garlic. Then mix together with the mayonaisse, add wasabi for a bit of kick.

Cut the cucumber length-wise and chop into half circles. Chop the green ends of the spring onion finely. Mix everything together with a small tablespoon of the soysauce, a few dashes of rice wine vinegar and a teaspoon of crispy chili oil. Optionally add sesame seeds for presentation purposes.
