Instructions

Step 1
Prepare green onion and bacon; Slice them into tiny pieces.
Step 2
Heat up olive oil, put minced bacon in the pan to cook until it starts to turn brown. Further add minced onion in the bacon to stir fry for 2 minutes. Finally, add in day-old rice to mix with bacon and onion completely once bacon turns crispy and brown(remember to break up rice thoroughly, so rice can be fully cooperated with bacon and onion), simmer fried rice on medium heat for a few minutes; Garnish with green onion and add additional salt as needed, take fried rice out into a bowl.
Step 3
Simply crack an egg in heated pan to cook until egg white is opaque and yolk has set, which takes between 1-2 minutes. Remove egg from the heat.
Step 4
Cup fried bacon rice with a small bowl on to a plate, top it with sunny-side-up egg. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds, It's now ready to serve.
