Chocolate beet cake

Step 1

Purée beets. Combine dry ingredients. Combine sugar eggs & oil in mixer. Add dry ingredients. Add beets. Add chocolate and vanilla.

Step 2

Bake at 350 degrees in greased Bundt pan for 55 minutes.

Step 3

Cool in pan 15 minutes than transfer to rake to cool completely.

Step 4

Top with chocolate ganache
