1.8kgboneless pork shoulder
6 clovesgarlic
pressed
¼ teaspoonground black pepper
1 teaspoonoregano
½ tablespoonsolive oil
1 ½ tablespoonswhite vinegar
or apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoonspaprika
salt

75gchipotle sauce
1 x 770mlmalta
or alternative
120mlorange juice
or bitter orange
170gtomato paste
or puree
240mlwater
hot
240mlwhite vinegar
2 tablespoonsbrown sugar
570gcoleslaw
Instructions
Step 1
Combine the garlic, paprika, olive oil, vinegar, salt and black pepper. Cut slits in pork and fill the holes with the garlic mixture. Then rub the remaining mixture on the pork and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Step 2
Once the pork finishes marinating set the slow cooker to sear and brown the pork on all sides. Then add the chipotle sauce, malta, orange juice, water, white vinegar, brown sugar, tomato paste, oregano, and stir.
Step 3
Cover and cook for 8 hours cooking on LOW or 4 hours cooking on HIGH.
