Ingredients

26 ozShredded frozen hashbrowns

1 lbground sausage

1 blockcream cheese

4 cupschicken broth

1 Tbspparsley

½ Tbsppaprika

½ Tbspcayenne

Instructions
Step 1
Brown ground sausage until cooked, drain and leave in your strainer
Step 2
To the same pot add spices and frozen hashbrowns
Step 3
Cook on medium until most hashbrowns are thawed
Step 4
Add your chicken broth, sausage and cream cheese and bring to a boil
Step 5
Once boiling turn heat to low/medium until hashbrowns are soft and cooked through. And cream cheese is well in corporates. About 10-15 minutes add parsley
Step 6
Salt and pepper to taste and serve!
