Step 1
preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Step 2
beat the butter and soft cheese until smooth. Add the flour and mix to form a soft dough.
Step 3
Form into 1 inch balls and place the dough into an ungreased muffin tin.
Step 4
Tip the tassie maker in flour and then press into the dough to form a tart shell
Step 5
Melt the butter, stir in the sugar, egg and vanilla
Step 6
Chop pecans and stir into filling
Step 7
Scoop into tart shells and bake for 20-25 mins
