Fish fingers are easiest and tastiest to make finger food. These fresh fish nuggets are coated with a batter then deep fried. You will have resturant style fish nuggets around 30 minutes.

Instructions
Step 1
Take white boneless fish. Wash and dry completely.
Step 2
Cut the fish in bite size pieces and season with salt.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix the plain flour, salt, paprika, egg and sparkling mineral water.
Step 4
Give it a good mix until a smooth lump f ree batter. Ref rigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Meanwhile , heat up the f rying oil on medium heat.
Step 6
In a separate bowl add plain flour, slightly coat the fish in plain flour and shake off the excess.
Step 7
Dip the fish in a batter and coat well. Take out and drip off the excess batter.
Step 8
Drop one at a time in a hot oil and f ry until both sides are crispy and golden brown
Step 9
Drain on paper towel to remove excess oil.
Step 10
Serve hot with homemade tarter sauce and f rench f ries.
