Instructions
Step 1
Put Thai chili/red chili in a blender or food processor to mice, transfer to a bowl once it gets chucky or fully diced (depending on personal preference). Repeat the same process with diced garlic and ginger.
Step 2
Mix diced Thai chili/red chili with garlic & ginger in a big bowl, further add in salt, sugar and Chinese whisky/Vodka. Mix well and put chili paste in a jar, seal and store in refrigerator and use after a week as needed.
