Instructions

Step 1
First, prepare the sauce by whisking together tamari, honey, sriracha, and minced garlic
Step 2
Place chicken breasts on the bottom of a slow cooker and then pour sauce on top
Step 3
Set slow cooker on high heat and cook for 2-3 hours or set slow cooker to low heat for 6-8 hours
Step 4
Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred using 2 forks
Step 5
Before placing shredded chicken back into slow cooker. Thicken sauce by adding cornstarch. Whisk until dissolved
Step 6
Add shredded chicken back into sauce and stir. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving
