Instructions
Step 1
Add chicken to slow cooker.
Step 2
In bowl, whisk soy sauce, honey, tomato paste, chili paste, garlic & vinegar. Pour over chicken.
Step 3
Cook on low 4-5 hours.
Step 4
Flip chicken halfway, if possible.
Step 5
Remove chicken when done.
Step 6
Whisk the cornstarch into the slow cooker.
Step 7
Cover and cook on high for 15 minutes, until the sauce thickens. Stir occasionally.
Step 8
Shred chicken and add to slow cooker. Stir.
