Slow cooker beef and broccoli

Instructions

Step 1
Spray or line a slow cooker
Step 2
Add the meat and sauce mixture to the slow cooker. Take the broccoli out and set aside in a bowl in the fridge for now.
Step 3
Cook meat on low 5 hours or high 3 hours.

Mix together the cornstarch and cold water and mix well into the meat sauce to thicken it. Add the broccoli in. Cook

Another 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Step 6
Serve over rice with sesame seeds and scallions

if the sauce isn’t thick enough, or you want it thicker then strain the sauce/juices into a small sauce pan. Mix another 1 tbsp cornstarch and 1 tbsp cold water together to make a slurry and add yo the sauce pan. Cook on medium high , whisking constantly until thickened then pour over the beef and broccoli.
