Instructions

Step 1
Add salmon, lime juice, cilantro, zucchini, jalapeno, onion, eggs and salt into food processor, process until mixture is combined.

Add almond flour to a shallow dish.
Step 3
Put the grill over high heat.
Step 4
Take 1/4 cup salmon mixture and form patties, coat patties with almond flour, then place on hot griddle top and cook for 5 minutes for each side.
