1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
2. Add egg, milk and cooled butter and whisk until smooth
3. Pour into jug and cover with cling film, making sure the sling film touches the mix so there’s no extra air. 4. Refrigerate overnight and fry as normal in the morning.
