This is not only healthy, this was so good I was excited to eat it the next day then angry when I learned my sister had gotten to it first.

Step 1
Char half sliced lemon set aside, marinate chicken in dijon mustard, rosemary, salt, pepper. Cook almost fully, set aside.

Add oil to the pan chop all veggies, add all of them accept broccoli to the pan add a little water if necessary, cook for 6-8 minutes on a boil.
Step 3
Then add flour, broth, chicken breasts, and chili powder, bring to a boil cook until chicken reaches 160 degrees fahrenheit add broccoli cook until softness desired, add lemon cook for 2-3 minutes then serve hot.
